REFUND POLICY

      - Return Validity Judgment: The validity of each return application is judged independently according to the actual condition of the goods, without mechanical generalization based on product categories. Special circumstances will be verified and judged on a case-by-case basis.
      - Product State Requirements: Returned goods need to retain original matching accessories, complete packaging and intact product appearance. Minor natural traces caused by normal trial opening will be considered comprehensively in the evaluation.
      - Service Response Mechanism: We will actively respond to legitimate return demands, and properly handle application problems encountered by users in the process of submitting return requests as far as possible.
      - Rule Interpretation Principle: All return rules are interpreted based on universal service norms, and ambiguous contents will be explained to users in a standardized and unified manner.
      Return time: Within 30 days after receiving the items.
      We will refund as soon as we see normal logistics.
